Challah for Shabbat

I have no recipe to share, but perhaps you can “feast” on the picture.  My neighbor just brought over this lovely bread, she finished her baking for celebrating the Sabbath with her husband, and here we have a taste.  It smells heavenly!  Thank you, Krystal, Shabbat Shalom.

Happy Birthday, Julia Child

Today would have been Julia Child’s 100th birthday.  I’ve been a fan of Julia’s for decades, and am surely enjoying the upsurge of her popularity in these days.  I saw this funny clip of her when she was on the David Letterman show years ago., thought you might enjoy it too.  Here’s to you, Julia, happy 100!
